骨形态发生蛋白的信号传导通路及其拮抗因子

摘要

骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)是一类属于转化生长因子-β超家族的多功能生长因子,具有诱导骨、软骨组织再生的能力.BMPs通过信号传导通路,引起靶基因的转录和表达.BMPs的生物学活性受多个水平的调控.本文着重就BMPs的信号传导通路及相关负性调控的研究进行综述.%Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are multifunctional cytokines belonging to the transforming growth factorβ(TGF - β) super -family. BMPs play key roles on the regeneration of bone and cartilage. BMPs regulate the uanscription and expression of target genes by BMPs signaling pathway. A variety of processes modulate BMP activity. This review will focus on the BMPs signal pathway and related negative regulation.
