针对HXD3B型电力机车齿轮箱是加工难度大、设计结构复杂、加工精度要求高等问题,通过分析齿轮箱零件图的技术要求,分析各种对孔和平面的精度及表面粗糙度要求,选择加工顺序为先面后孔、加工阶段粗、精加工要分开的原则.%Aiming al the most strict requirements of precise machining,the various precision and surface roughness requirements of the holes and planes through the technical requirements for the HXD3B locomotive gear case parts DWGs are analyzed,and the machining order is determined as the planes first and holes latter,and the principle of dividing the initial and finishing periods should be complied.
