基于Pro/E弧齿锥齿轮实体建模

         

摘要

按照齿根倾斜修形方式设计弧齿锥齿轮几何参数,并基于局部综合法计算大小轮的刀具参数和机床切削调整参数,然后运用MATLAB编程求解轮齿齿面方程得到齿面上分散点的坐标值,将计算得到的分散点的坐标值以一定的格式导入到Pro/E中,生成轮齿齿面网格线,通过边界混合功能生成齿面实体,并最终完成齿轮实体模型的建立,为后续分析弧齿锥齿轮的性能打下基础.%According to the method of tooth root tilt modification design, the parameters of spiral bevel gear geometry and the cutting tool and machine cutting are calculated based on local synthesis, and MATLAB is used for programming gear tooth surface equation to obtain the dispersed point coordinates of the tooth surface. By importing the scattered point coordinates with certain format into the Pro/E, grid lines of gear tooth surface are generated, through the mixed boundary function get tooth face entity, and the gear entity model is completed for further analysis of the spiral bevel gear performance.
