CRH3车窗粘接强度试验工作车升降系统设计分析

         

摘要

为检测CRH3车窗粘接强度,设计了车窗粘接强度试验工作车,并借助ANSYS软件对升降系统关键部件的滚珠丝杠副进行受力分析.结果表明,滚珠丝杠副最大应力188.042MPa,小于所用材料许用应力值,满足强度要求;最大应变0.329,为弹性变形,满足刚度要求;丝杠丝母采用Gothic Arch式无间隙沟槽,刚度增强,最大接触应力12.66MPa,与理论计算值相当,接触应力沿滚道呈环形分布,满足接触强度要求;滚珠丝杠副三阶屈曲系数均大于2,试验工作车升降系统稳定性良好.%This paper is targeted at design experiment bench used for detecting CRH3 window bonding strength,and analyzing the stress of the ball screw pair which is the key parts of the lifting system with the help of ANSYS software. The results show that the maximum stress of the ball screw appear is 188. 042 MPa, which is less than the material allowable stress and consistent with the requirement of the strength. The maxi-mal displacement is 0. 329 mm,which is regarded as elastic deformation and consistent with the requirement of stiffness,and Gothic Arch screw nut is used to increase the stiffness. The maximum contact stress of 12. 66MPa meets the calculation values,and contact stress assumes the circular distribution along the raceway and meets the requirement of contact strength. Three orders of bucking coefficients are larger than 2,and the lifting system of the experiment bench is stable enough.
