电化学加工受电场、流场、温度场等多个物理场相互作用的复杂反应过程.通过计算机仿真软件建立不同电极形状、加工电压和绝缘层位置下电化学加工过程中的电场模型,通过对电场模型的求解得到电化学加工过程中工件加工面的型面变化曲线.仿真结果表明对电极的处理以及降低绝缘层位置能够有效提高表面加工质量,并且得出加工电压与时间曲线图,从而得到优化设计方案和实验参数.%The electrochemical machining is a complex chemical reaction process which was influenced by elec-tric field,flow field and temperature field. The different electric field models of the electrochemical machining were established,and the profile curves of the machining face of electrochemical machining process is obtained by the solution of electric field model. According to the simulation results,processing accuracy can be improved by chamfering or rounding the cathode and reducing the position of insulation to the obtain design and experi-mental parameter.
