基于集群技术构建聚变研究高性能计算系统

摘要

High performance computing is an effective solution for bulk fusion simulation calculation. The construction of high performance computing system for fusion research using cluster technology was introduced. The basic architecture of this system was given, and then, the detailed constructing methods with high performance vs price ratio were described in terms of hardware and software. Finally, the benchmark for performance evaluation, including LinPACK and NPB, was completed on this system.
