环境意识模块化产品体系结构的设计优化方法

         

摘要

Conventional modular design methods tend to deal with function and structure of products, which leading to insufficient consideration of environmental factors in the modularization scheme. An environ-mental conscious modular design optimization method based on design structure matrix (DSM), group ge-netic algorithm (GGA) and minimum description length (MDL) is proposed. Firstly, the model of environ-mental conscious modularization is put forward. Secondly, the quantitative DSM is constructed via the fea-tures of the function, structure, lifetime, material and recycling of components with weighted sum approach. Then an integer encoding GGA is developed combining with the MDL optimization objective to perform components clustering. Finally, the continuous and discrete scaling features of modules are analyzed through the adjusting scheme of components in the modules. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proven through the case study of modularization for shielding hydraulic supports and the comparisons among modular results. Comparison with other DSM clustering algorithms and sensitivity analysis proves the effi-ciency and robustness of the proposed GGA.%针对传统模块化设计趋向于处理产品的功能和结构,易导致产品模块化方案环境因素考虑不足的问题,基于设计结构矩阵(DSM)、成组遗传算法(GGA)和最小描述长度(MDL)进行环境意识产品模块化体系结构设计优化。首先提出了环境意识模块化设计模型;然后从组件的功能、结构、寿命、材料和回收属性建模加权的数值化 DSM;再设计整数编码 GGA,以 MDL 为优化目标进行组件聚类;最后依据组件调节方式分析各模块的连续和离散调节属性。通过掩护式液压支架的模块规划实例和设计方案对比,证明了文中设计方法的有效性;与其他DSM聚类算法的对比和敏感度分析结果,验证了所提出GGA的效率和鲁棒特征。
