去顶开窗手术治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎疗效分析(附12例报告)

摘要

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and patient satisfaction of the deroofing technique for peri-anal hidradenities suppurativa (HS) lesions. Methods An open study consisted of 12 HS patients treated by Deroofing technique by follow-up of 13-60 months. Results 2 patients treated lesions recurrenced after a median of 6 months. 10 patients treated lesions did not show a recurrence after a median follow-up 33 moths. Conclusion The deroofing technique is an effective, simple, minimally invasive, and tissue-saving surgical intervention for the treatment of perianal HS lesions.%目的 探讨去顶开窗术治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的疗效.方法 对12例肛周化脓性汗腺炎患者采用去顶开窗手术治疗的临床资料作回顾性分析.结果 2例患者术后平均6个月复发,再次手术后痊愈.10例患者术后平均随访33个月,治疗部位无复发.结论 去顶开窗手术是一种有效、简单、微创、保留组织的外科治疗技术,适用于肛周化脓性汗腺炎的治疗.
