RPH联合外剥内扎术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期混合痔疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨自动套扎术(RPH)联合外剥内扎术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期混合痔的临床疗效.方法 采用RPH联合传统外剥内扎术治疗混合痔101例(治疗组),与同期单纯采用外剥内扎术治疗85例(对照组)相比较,观察治愈率、术后疼痛指数、并发症、创面愈合时间等指标,评价其治疗效果.结果 治疗组治愈率优于对照组(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义,在术后疼痛指数、并发症、平均愈合时间上两组无明显差别(P＞0.05).结论 RPH联合外剥内扎术可以提高Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合痔的治愈率.%Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of Milligan-Morgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in the treatment of the second and third periods hemorrhoids. Methods A total of lOlcases (study group) was treated by Milligan-Morgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids, and the other 85cases (control group) was simply treated by Milligan-Morgan method. Then the cure rate, postoperative pain index, complications and the recovery time were observed and evaluated. Results The study group was better than control group in cure rate ( P ＜0. 05). But there was no significant difference in postoperative pain index, postoperative complications and the recovery time ( P ＞0. 05). Conclusion Milligan-Morgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in the treatment of hemorrhoids can increase the cure rate in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
