手术加抗痨治疗结核性肛瘘52例临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate effect of surgery plus 2HRZE/4HR on tuberculous anal fistula. Methods Fifty-two patients received 2HRZE/4HR,resection for fistula and perianal tuberculosis focus.af-ter the surgery, with Chinese traditional Medicine daily Sitz bath by themselves, change a medical prescription with rifampicin isoniazid mixture. Results 52 cases of tuberculous were cured by the first time operation. The course of treatment was 15-30 days, and there were no recurrence during follow up of 1-3 years. Conclusion The tuberculous anal fistula and perianal tuberculosis focus should be removed surgically with 2HRZE/4HR and Chinese traditional medicine after operation.%目的 探讨手术加抗痨治疗结核性肛瘘的临床疗效.方法 对采用2HRZE/4HR抗痨方案,手术切除瘘管及肛周结核病灶,术后每日用中药坐浴、熏洗伤口及利福平、异烟肼混合液换药治疗的52例结核性肛瘘患者临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 52例结核性肛瘘均一次手术治愈,疗程15～30 d,随访1～3年,均无复发.结论 结核性肛瘘应全程抗痨治疗与手术切除结核病灶相结合,术后伤口用中药坐浴、熏洗,抗痨药物换药,能有效促进伤口愈合,防止结核病灶复发.
