目的 观察通过综合护理干预对腹腔镜直肠癌患者术后恢复及并发症发生情况的效果.方法 纳入84例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例.观察组术后采取综合护理干预,对照组予以常规护理.比较两组肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症总发生率.结果 观察组肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间分别为(1.37±0.53)d、(2.87±0.83)d、(3.41±0.95)d、(10.54±1.73)d,均短于对照组(均P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症总发生率为19.05％,低于对照组的40.48％(P＜ 0.05).结论 综合护理干预措施能有效促进术腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后患者恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,有一定的临床价值.%Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative recovery and complications in rectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with rectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical resection were recruited and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group using the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The treatment group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine care.Time to anal exhaust,time to eating,time of off-bed activity,hospitalization duration,and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Time to anal exhaust,time to eating,time of off-bed activity,hospitalization duration in the treatment group were (1.37±0.53) d,(2.87±0.83) d,(3.41±0.95) d,and (10.54±1.73) d,respectively,which were all shorter than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was 19.05％,which was lower than in the control group (40.48％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote postoperative recovery and reduce postoperative complications in patients with rectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical resection.
