结肠全(次全)切除术后患者护理经验报告

摘要

目的 总结结肠全(次全)切除术后患者的护理经验.方法 以2014年1月至2016年12月本科室收治的48例全(次全)结肠切除术后患者为例,总结护理工作要点,观察临床效果.结果 48例接受全(次全)结肠切除术的患者通过积极有效的护理,病情好转,恢复顺利.结论 积极有效的护理措施能够最大程度提高手术治疗效果,规范的护理方案对临床治疗有重要意义.%Objective To summary experiences in nursing for patients receiving total or subtotal colectomy.Methods 48 patients with total or subtotal colectomy in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were reviewed to summarize the main points of nursirg work and effectiveness.Results With proactive and effective nursing,all 48 patients were deemed to be in a good condition and recovered from surgery.Conclusion The proactive and effective nursing can greatly improve the effect of surgical treatment,and a standardized nursing program is of great benefit for clinical treatment.
