高校辅导员权威的合法性探究--基于马克思·韦伯权威理论

摘要

拥有权威是高校辅导员工作开展的前提，马克思·韦伯权威理论久负盛誉，为辅导员权威合法性研究提供了理论指导。韦伯将合法性权威分为传统型、个人魅力型及法理型，作为高校学生教育工作管理工作的从业者，上述三种权威辅导员同样具有。在理清辅导员合法性权威的来源后，应着力研究其巩固路径。权威是一把双刃剑，巩固辅导员合法性权威的同时要注意把握边界，避免其负面影响。%Authority is a prerequisite for advisors'success at work .Study of advisors'legitimate author‐ity can be done under the guidance of Max Weber's theory of authority .Max Weber puts legitimate au‐thority into three categories :traditional type ,personal charisma type and legal principle type .As edu‐cators and supervisors ,college advisors are invested with all the three types of legitimate authority . However ,authority is a double-edged sword .In consolidating advisors'legitimate authority ,efforts must be made to prevent advisors from crossing the boundary so as to avoid the negative conse‐quences .
