高强度聚焦超声联合化疗在不能手术切除胰腺癌中的临床应用

摘要

高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）作为一种非侵入性的局部治疗手段，在治疗胰腺癌中是一种有效安全的治疗方案，而化疗作为一种全身治疗方案，将HIFU联合化疗应用于不能手术切除的胰腺癌中，从理论和目前的临床研究结果来看是安全有效，较单独治疗有更好的治疗效果。%As a non-invasive locally treatment therapy, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is effective and safe,and chemotherapy is used as a systemic therapy. From theoretical and clinical research at present, the combination of HIFU and chemotherapy in unresectable pancreatic tumor is safe and effective, and can get better results than using either of them alone.
