超声弹性成像通过定量或半定量分析组织硬度对疾病性质做出诊断。目前已广泛应用于肝脏疾病的诊断,为临床提供有价值的信息。肝硬化、脂肪肝与正常肝组织,以及肝脏良、恶性肿瘤的硬度存在差别,通过弹性成像技术能够判断肝硬化和脂肪肝的程度,也有助于鉴别肝脏肿瘤的良恶性,提高临床诊断准确性。此外,随着超声弹性成像技术的不断革新,其在肝脏疾病的治疗及预后方面也具有重要作用。本文就超声弹性成像技术在肝脏疾病的应用及研究进展作一综述。%Ultrasonic elastography(USE) is an emerging technology,which is used to assess the stiffness of tissue by quantitative and Semi-quantitative measurements.Currently,USE have been widely applied in liver diseases diagnosis to provide valuable information for clinic. Regarding the stiffness of liver parenchyma,it is reported that there are significant differences between liver cirrhosis,fatty liver and normal liver tissue,and there is also significant difference between benign and malignant masses of liver.Therefore,USE can be used to evaluate the degree of liver cirrhosis and fatty liver,as well as to differentiate benign and malignant liver masses. With the continuous development of new technology,USE plays more important roles in treatment and prognosis prediction.
