IL-33与儿童常见自身免疫性疾病关系的研究进展

摘要

Interleukin-33 is regarded as the orphan receptor ST2 that belongs to the cytokine family of interleukin-1 in 2005. IL-33 is found to play a potentially pathogenic roles in the autoimmune disease, allergic disease, vascular disease, inflammatory disease and it might be a useful sera marker for the diagnosis and prognosis in related diseases. Here we make a review on the relationship between IL-33 and autoimmune disease in recent years.%IL-33是在2005年作为孤儿受体ST2的配体被发现的IL-1类细胞因子家族新成员，在自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病、心血管性疾病、炎症性疾病等疾病中具有潜在的致病作用，并且对此类疾病的诊断及其预后判断有一定的作用。文章对IL-33及其与自身免疫性疾病相关性的研究进展作一综述。
