目的 探讨正念减压疗法对结肠癌患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响.方法 选取2015年1月～2017年12月我科收治的结肠癌患者86例, 按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组, 各43例.对照组行常规护理方案.观察组在对照组的基础上给予正念减压疗法干预.比较两组手术情况及术后恢复情况, 干预前后睡眠质量及生活质量.结果 两组平均手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、排便时间、进半流食时间以及术后住院时间比较差异无统计学意义 (P＞0.05) .两组干预前睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义 (P＞0.05) .观察组干预后睡眠质量优于对照组 (P＜0.05) .观察组干预后生活质量评分优于对照组 (P＜0.05) .结论 结肠癌患者行正念减压疗法干预, 能够改善患者睡眠质量以及生活质量, 作用效果安全, 具有重要的临床意义.%Objective To explore quality of sleep and quality of life of mindfulness-based stress reduction in the treatment of colon cancer patients.Methods 86 cases of colon cancer patients in Department of general surgery of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected, and the patients and their family members agreed to enter the group, and the random digital table method was divided into the control group and the observation group.The two groups were treated with laparoscopic colon cancer resection under general anesthesia, and the control group received routine nursing plan after entering the group.The observation group was given the intervention of mindfulness decompression therapy on the basis of the control group.The operation condition and postoperative recovery, the change of sleep quality before and after intervention, and the quality of life after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the mean operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, anal exhaust time, defecation time, half-feeding time and postoperative hospitalization time (P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the sleep quality score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression therapy can improve the quality of sleep and life of patients with colon cancer.It is safe and effective and has important clinical significance.
