中药外敷治疗癌症疼痛的观察和护理

Objective To observe and summarize nursing of cancer pain with topical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The clinical data and nursing procedure of 94 patients who were hospitalized and treated with topical therapy of TCM were retrospectively reviewed.Results Mild pain: complete relief (73％), partial relief (23％), mild relief (4％).Moderate pain:complete relief (56％), partial relief (25％), mild relief (13％), invalid (6％).Moderate pain relief 11％, mild pain relief 33％, invalid 56％.Conclusion Using topical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve pain of cancer patients and proves to be safe, convenient and effective.%目的 观察中药外敷治疗癌性疼痛的效果,探讨其护理要点.方法 回顾94例住院期间使用中药外敷治疗癌性疼痛的观察与护理过程.结果 轻度疼痛完全缓解73%,部分缓解23%,轻微缓解4%;中度疼痛完全缓解56%,部分缓解25%,轻微缓解13%,无效6%;重度疼痛部分缓解11%,轻微缓解33%,无效56%.结论 使用中药外敷治疗癌性疼痛,可减轻痛苦,安全,方便,有效.
