晚期胃癌患者姑息性切除手术术前护理评估及针对性护理临床研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate preoperative evaluation and targeted nursing efficacy of palliative resection in advanced gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 93 advanced gastric cancer patients with palliative surgery randomized into the experimental group(47 cases)and the control group(46 cases).The control group received routine care model,the experimental group took appropriate model of care on the basis of the control group,nursing effect,complication, catheter time,bed time and hospitalization time were compared.Results After preoperative evalu-ation and appropriate care measures,effective rate in the experimental group was significantly bet-ter than the control group (P <0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was signif-icantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05).Catheter time,ambulation time and hos-pitalization time in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The preoperative assessment is scientific,integrity,predictability and effec-tive,it can effectively reduce he occurrence of complications and improvenursing effect and improve the prognosis.%目的：探讨晚期胃癌患者姑息性切除手术术前护理评估及针对性护理临床效果。方法选择93例晚期胃癌姑息性切除手术患者，按照随机数字法分为实验组（47例）和对照组（46例）。对照组采取常规的护理模式，实验组则在对照组的基础上采取针对性的护理模式，比较2组的护理效果、并发症、导管留置时间、下床活动时间及住院治疗时间。结果通过术前评估及术中相应的护理措施，实验组护理有效率显著优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。实验组术后并发症发生率显著优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。实验组导管留置时间、下床活动时间、住院治疗时间显著优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论术前评估具有科学性、整体性、预见性及实效性，可有效降低并发症的发生几率，提高护理效果及改善患者的预后。
