目的：探究临床护理路径在喉外伤患者急诊护理中的临床价值。方法选择82例急诊喉外伤患者按照随机数字法分为实验组42例和对照组40例，实验组患者按照临床护理路径进行护理，对照组患者则采用常规护理。比较2组患者的住院时间、住院费用、健康知识掌握状况的差异，分析2组患者并发症的发生状况、护理满意度。结果实验组患者的平均住院时间、住院费用均显著少于对照组患者，且实验组患者的健康知识掌握率显著高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；实验组患者各项并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；实验组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论临床护理路径应用于喉外伤患者的急救中，能够显著减少住院时间、平均住院费用，改善患者健康知识的掌握状况，降低并发症的发生率和提高护理满意程度，值得在临床推广。%Objective To explore the clinical value of clinical nursing pathway on the emer-gency care of trauma patients with laryngeal trauma.Methods A total of 82 cases with laryngeal trauma were randomly divided into experimental group with 42 cases and control group with 40 cas-es according to the random number table method.The patients in the experimental group were given clinical nursing pathway and the control group was given conventional care.Duration of hospitaliza-tion of patients,hospital costs,health knowledge status of two groups were compared,complica-tions condition nursing satisfaction analyzed.Results The average length of stay in the experimen-tal group and hospitalization costs were significantly less than that in the control group,and mastery rate of health knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there were significant differences (P <0.05).The incidence of complications was signifi-cantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway for laryngeal trauma patients can significantly reduce the average length of stay,average hospital costs,improve health knowledge,significantly reduced the incidence of complications,and obviously improve nursing satisfaction,so it should be popularized in clinic.
