Objective To explore the effect of sufentanil combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on treating children with adenoidal hypertrophy resection.Methods A total of 58 children with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,29 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with sufentanil combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,and the control group was treated with propofol and remifentanil anesthesia.The extubation time and awakening time of the two groups were recorded,and the heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions 24 h after the operation were observed.Results In the observation group,extubation time and awakening time were significantly shorter than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).At each time point,the MAP and HR in the observation group were stable,while MAP and HR immediately after intubation in the control group were significantly higher than that before induction (P ＜ 0.05).No nausea and vomiting were observed 24 h after operation in both groups.There were 4 cases of bucking and restlessness (13.8％) in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 7 cases (24.1％) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia for children with adenoidal hypertrophy resection is effective,which has advantages such as stable anesthesia effect,fast postoperative awakening and less complications.%目的 探讨舒芬太尼联合七氟烷复合吸入麻醉用于小儿腺样体肥大切除术的应用效果.方法 选择58例小儿腺样体肥大患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各29例.观察组患儿采用舒芬太尼联合七氟烷复合吸入麻醉,对照组患儿采用丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼复合麻醉.比较2组患儿拔管时间和清醒时间,比较2组患儿各时间点心率(HR)及平均动脉压(MAP),观察术后患儿24 h不良反应.结果 观察组拔管时间和清醒时间显著短于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组术中各时间点MAP和HR稳定,对照组诱导插管后即刻的MAP和HR显著高于诱导前(P＜0.05);2组患儿术后24 h均未见恶心呕吐发生;观察组呛咳躁动4例(13.8％),显著低于对照组7例(24.1％)(P＜0.05).结论 舒芬太尼联合七氟烷复合吸入麻醉用于小儿腺样体肥大切除术的术中麻醉平稳,术后清醒快,并发症少.
