Objective To discuss the effects of Wen Qing medicine combined with hormone in the treatment of asthma in rats.Methods 60 healthful rats, which were fostered by egg albumin to asthmatic rats, were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases were treated with Wen Qing medicine, a dose 1 day, 2 times a day;at the same time, hormone was also given, 50 mg/250 μg every time, 2 times a day) and control group (30 cases were only treated with hormone).During the course of 2 weeks, venous blood was collected from rats in two groups.The levels of Treg, Th2 and eosinophils were recorded before and after treatment, and the PEF, PVC and FEV1 values were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before and after treatment, Treg, Th2 and eosinophil levels between treatment group and control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment, Treg, Th2 and eosinophil levels of two groups changed significantly, compared with those before treatment (P0.05);治疗后,两组大鼠的Treg、Th2和嗜酸性粒细胞水平较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);且治疗组大鼠的血清中Treg明显高于对照组,Th2和嗜酸性粒细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的PEF、PVC和FEV1值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 温清补固法联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗大鼠哮喘有着明显的疗效,其机制可能是通过有效地促进哮喘大鼠Treg的分泌,降低抑制哮喘大鼠Th2和嗜酸性粒细胞的水平来减轻过敏炎性反应,从而达到治疗哮喘的目的.
