Raynaud's disease is a syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The deficiencies of yang-qi, nutritive-qi and defensive-qi are the root cause; cold invasion and blood stagnation are the superficiality. Prof. CHEN Chaoming advocates treating the disease by regulating Governor Vessel, needle-warming moxibustion are applied to Mingmen ( GV4), Jizhong ( GV6), Zhiyang ( GV9), Shenzhu ( GV12), and Baihui ( GV20), taking the method of Daoqi ( inducing qi arrival) as the manipulation, meanwhile activating Governor Vessel and warming yang as the treatment ideas; activating Governor Vessel is to restore the qi disorder and warming yang is to get rid of the cold coagulation and blood stasis. This study speculated that the main mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion treating Raynaud's disease are as follows: regulating sympathetic excitability; improving limb microcirculation and increasing blood flow; regulating diastolic function of vascular endothelium; as well as improving immune function and regulating inflammatory factors. The study provides a theoretical reference for clinical treatment of Raynaud's disease by acupuncture and moxibustion.%雷诺氏病为本虚标实之证,阳气亏虚、营卫不足为本,寒邪入侵、血脉凝滞为标.陈朝明教授主张从督脉论治,以导气法为操作手法,以"通督""温阳"为治疗思路,针刺配合温灸作用于命门、脊中、至阳、身柱、大椎及百会等穴,通督以调厥逆之气,温阳以散寒凝之血.本研究推测针灸治疗雷诺氏病的主要机制包括:调控交感神经的兴奋性;改善肢体微循环、增加血流量;调节血管内皮的舒缩功能;提高机体免疫功能、调节炎症因子等途径.为临床开展针灸治疗雷诺氏病提供理论参考.
