《针灸甲乙经》学术思想及针灸治疗癫痫的探究

摘要

针灸疗法是祖国医学的重要组成部分,在癫痫的治疗中发挥着巨大的作用,皇甫谧的《针灸甲乙经》是中国现存最早的针灸学专著,也是一部比较系统完善的针灸学著作,书中对癫痫的发病、病机、治疗、腧穴有着较为详细的记载,本文对《针灸甲乙经》的学术思想作了简单的论述,探讨了《针灸甲乙经》中癫痫的病因病机、针灸治疗以及治疗规律,以期更好地应用于临床癫痫的治疗.%Acupuncture - moxibustion therapy is the important constituent part of traditional Chinese medicine, and it has a positive function to treat epilepsy. A - B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is the earliest existing works dealing exclusively with acupuncture and moxibustion, and it is also a systematic and perfect monograph on acupuncture and moxibustion. There are detailed records about etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and acupoints in the book. In this text, the academic thought, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment from A - B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion are discussed in order to better applied to clinical treatment for epilepsy.
