工程项目风险辨识的区间直觉不确定语言多属性群决策模型

         

摘要

To pointedly manage and control construction engineering project risk, according to fuzziness, multi-attribute and small group in risk identification process, the uncertain linguistic variable, interval membership degree and interval non-membership degree in interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic set were used to process information ambiguity.The interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision-making model was proposed to identify construction engineering project risk.The Weft Three Road Cross-River Tunnel in Nanjing was taken as a case to verify the proposed model feasible.The research results show that the proposed model can use uncertain linguistic variable, interval membership degree and interval non-membership degree to more roundly and veritably reflect fuzziness in risk identification information acquisition process and get risk identification results which more accord with construction practice.It can help project managers to exactly know key risk factors and take targeted measures to pre-control risk.%为针对性地管理和控制工程项目风险,根据风险辨识过程的模糊性、多属性、小群体性,利用区间直觉不确定语言集中的不确定语言变量、区间隶属度、区间非隶属度处理信息模糊性,建立工程项目风险辨识的区间直觉不确定语言多属性群决策模型,以南京市纬三路过江通道为例验证所构建模型的可行性.研究结果表明,所构建模型有助于运用不确定语言变量、区间隶属度、区间非隶属度来更全面、灵活地反映风险辨识信息获取过程的模糊性,确定更符合工程实际的风险辨识结果,帮助项目管理者更准确地了解主要风险因素,提醒他们采取针对性的措施预控风险.
