基于模糊层次分析法的装配式建筑PC构件厂选址

         

摘要

装配式建筑上游产业的混凝土预制构件厂逐年增加,部分地区已出现局部产能过剩的现象.为解决混凝土预制构件厂选址决策问题,本研究在一般选址方法的基础上,结合市场辐射范围、原料供应及运输成本等混凝土预制构件厂自身特征,运用层次分析法建立了混凝土预制构件厂选址指标体系,认为基础设施、经济、社会、政策等因素是主要影响因素,并在对某混凝土预制构件厂在上海市三处候选厂址模拟评价的基础上,证明此模型具有较高的准确性和较好的适用性.%The number of precast concrete plants that are seen as the upstream industry of the prefabricated building has been increasing year by year and local overcapacity had already occurred in some areas. On the contrary, site selection of the prefabricated concrete factory has become an urgent problem to be solved in the investment stage. This study was based on the general location method, combined with the market radiation range, supply of raw materials and transportation cost of prefabricated concrete factory characteristics. And analytic hierarchy process was used to establish the index system of the location of prefabricated concrete factory to determine the suitable region of PC factory, and infrastructure, economic, society, political are seen as main factors. In the end of this paper, on the case of three candidate sites in Shanghai of one PC factory, the model has been evaluated to have high accuracy and good applicability.
