地下洞室开挖施工进度系统动力学仿真模型

         

摘要

Schedule delay is a critical problem in underground cavern excavation management at present, mainly due to the uncertain cavern geology environment,bad construction condition and rework. Traditional schedule management methods pay no attention to construction quality and rework, and can not describe the complexity of underground cavern excavation schedule system and nonlinear characteristics. Underground cavern causality feedback loop was built to analyze influence relationship between construction factors. On the basis of causality feedback loop,this paper built system dynamic model and set up function. This paper utilized Vensim PLE to simulate schedule of subcontract,raise intensity and increase resources. Results shows: The combination of raise intensity and increase resources is the best way to ensure schedule and construction quality. Managers can allocate resources reasonably according to simulation results.%进度拖延是现阶段地下洞室开挖施工管理中面临的关键问题.洞室开挖地质环境复杂多变,施工条件较差,常有质量问题需重新处理,延误施工进度;而传统的进度管理方法少有考虑到施工中遇到的质量缺陷、返工等问题,缺乏对复杂、非线性的地下洞室开挖施工进度系统描述.在分析地下洞室开挖特点和系统动力学优势后,构建地下洞室因果关系反馈回路图,分析各因素对施工进度的影响,据此建立系统动力学进度模型流图,输入函数关系.借助Vensim PLE软件分别模拟分包、增加工作强度和增加资源后的施工进度情况.结果表明:增加资源和适度工作强度的组合措施是保证工期和质量最有效的方式,管理者可以据此合理安排施工资源.
