Osmanthus fragrans is city flower in nearly 20 cities in China with great potential undiscovered in many fields such as tourism, leisure, catering, health care, etc.Based on a comprehensive analysis of historical records about osmanthus fragrans foods, the author attempts to make a contribution to the restoration and develop-ment of osmanthus fragrans diet.%桂花是中国近20个市的市花，在旅游、休闲、餐饮、保健等方面都有巨大的开发潜力。本文对古籍所记的桂花饮食做了较系统的梳理分析，以期有助于桂花饮食的复原和研制。
