古民居保护中的资金拓展与民众参与——对徽州古民居“百村千幢”保护工程的反思

摘要

The change of lifestyle and the rapid development of urbanization pose a great treat to the existence of ancient dwellings.How to keep history for later generation and solve the problem of capital expansion and public participation is key to the break-up of the bottleneck.With the process of the Huizhou ancient dwellings as an example and through the analysis of the protection problems and the relation between dwellers and the protection of ancient dwellings,we need to strengthen the system innovation,expand financing channels,and stress the importance of bringing ancient dwellings,their managers,owners and participators into the same platform.We need to explore some practical ways to protect actively Huizhou ancient dwellings from dying.%生活方式的变迁与城市化的快速发展对古民居构成了巨大的生存压力,如何为后人守住＂历史＂？如何解决古民居保护中＂资金＂与＂民众参与＂问题成为破解＂瓶颈＂的关键。文章以徽州古民居保护的实施过程为例,通过对保护中存在的问题、居民与古民居保护的互动关系进行分析,认为古民居保护强化制度创新与民众参与,并进行融资渠道的拓展,强调将古民居与其管理者、所有者、参与者纳入共同保护的平台中。探求一些切实可行的方法,积极保护正在消亡的徽州古民居。
