“五步还原”全程职业模拟教学模式的应用研究——以TD—SCDMA网络规划与优化课程为例

"Five steps to restore" teaching mode is refers to the "practical environment will be restored to enterprise working environment, teaching content will be restored to the real work tasks, training group will be restored the project team for the enterprise, training process will be restored to real working process, students' evaluation will be restored to 360~ enterprise performance evaluation". The whole professional simulation teaching mode has made important achievements in the teaching practice process of professional core curriculum in national demonstration construction.%“五步还原”教学模式是指“将实训环境还原为企业工作环境，将教学内容还原为真实工作任务，将实训小组还原为企业项目团队，将实训过程还原为真实工作过程，将学生评价还原为企业360°绩效考核”的全程职业模拟教学模式。该教学模式在国家级示范重点建设专业核心课程的实践教学过程中取得了良好成效。
