执行力——高职院校的核心竞争力

Executive ability is an indispensable link between target and results, is a crucial factor for organization intended target. College, as the important base, is for talent cultivating, innovation and inheritance of science and technology culture, and service to the society development, executive ability concerns the existence and development of school. If there is no executive ability or lack of executive ability, no matter how grand strategic plan or how scientific and reasonable for university organization mechanism, it can not be lalav a role.%执行力是目标与结果之间不可缺失的一环．是组织能否实现预定目标的决定性因素。高校作为人才培养、科技文化传承创新、服务社会发展的重要基地，一定程度上讲，执行力关系学校的生存与发展。如果没有执行力或执行力欠缺、不到位，无论战略谋划多么宏伟或高校组织机构多么科学合理，都无法发挥作用。
