Global environment management mechanism is a part of international management mechanism, mainly including:making guiding principles and laws and regulations, promoting the systematism of environment management; bringing the United Nations into play and promoting international cooperation; establishing implementation mechanism and intensifying the construction of implementing capacity; enhancing the management of the projects and attaching importance to the model guidance;establishing information disclosure system and improving public participation.%全球环境治理机制是当今国际治理机制的一部分，主要内容包括：制定指导原则和法律规范，推动环境治理的制度化；发挥联合国的作用，促进国际社会的合作；建立履约机制，加强履约能力建设；加强项目管理，重视示范引导作用；建立信息公开制度，强调公众参与。
