现代公立医院管理制度的理论探索

摘要

建立现代公立医院管理制度是我国公立医院改革的核心内容，是解决人民群众看病就医现实问题的重要保证，是建设健康中国的重大战略举措。本文从总体要求、改革政府治理医院制度、规范医院内部管理制度、创新医院服务社会制度、强化组织领导五个方面进行了阐述，以促进现代公立医院管理制度的建立。%AbstractThe establishment of modern public hospital management system is the core of the reform of public hospitals in China, is an important guarantee to solve the problems of the people to see a doctor for medical treatment, and is a major strategic move to build a healthy China. The opinion was clarifi ed based on the general requirements, governance reform of hospital system, the regular hospital internal management system, innovation of hospital and society system, and strengthening organizational leadership, in order to promote the establishment of modern public hospital management system.
