可再分散乳胶粉改性水泥浆体中哈德利颗粒结构的研究

         

摘要

Characteristics of Hadley grains in cement paste modified by different redispersible polymer powders ( EVA, SBR, E/VA/VE) were investigated by backscattered electron image analysis ( BSE-IA) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) . The results showed that microstructure of Hadley grains in cement paste modified by redispersible polymer powders was similar to that in control paste, but with certain correlations about the polymer powders’ dosage. There were some differences about the microstructure of Hadley grains in cement paste modified by redispersible polymer powders according to the different types. There were some cement hydrates (length:1~2 μm and width:dozens of nanometer~100nm, approximately) between Outer layer composed by cement hydrates and Inner core composed by unhydrated cement grains.%通过扫描电镜背散射电子图像分析法和二次电子图像分析法分析了不同种类可再分散乳胶粉改性水泥浆体中“Hadley颗粒”的结构特征,其中胶粉的主要化学组成分别为EVA,SBR,E/VA/VE。结果表明:可再分散乳胶粉改性水泥浆体中的Hadley颗粒结构与空白水泥浆体中相似,其分布与聚合物的掺量有一定关联。根据可再分散乳胶粉种类的不同,Hadley颗粒形态略有差异;Hadley颗粒外部凝胶层与内部颗粒间存在细长的水化产物,长度在1~2μm的范围内,宽度在几十纳米~100纳米之间。
