铁路货运机车资源配置优化模型与算法研究

         

摘要

优化配置铁路货运机车资源对于降低铁路运营成本具有重要意义.本文在考虑机车检修情况下,构建线路上机车折返站时空网络图,消除时间维度影响.在此基础上,以满足运输需求为前提,充分考虑实际机车牵引定数及单机调配等问题,构建铁路货运机车资源配置优化模型,从而得到线路上机车的接续关系,并给出模型的求解思路以及相应的免疫克隆算法.最后选用一个算例对上述模型以及算法进行分析验证.算例测试表明:该模型及算法具有较好的实用性.%The optimized assignment of railway freight locomotive resources has great significance in reducing railway operating costs. In this paper, in consideration of locomotive maintenance, in order to eliminate the impact of time dimension, the space-time network diagram for locomotive turnaround stations was built. On condition that the transportation demand was satisfied and the train trailing load and dispatching of locomotives were fully considered, the optimized model for assignment of railway freight locomotives was constructed to get ideal connection of locomotives on line. The idea and corresponding immune clone algorithm for solving the model were presented. A numerical example was given to verify the model and algorithm. The result shows that the model and algorithm are of good practical applicability.
