基于惯容器的铁道车辆悬挂性能提升研究

         

摘要

作为一种新型隔振元件,惯容器具有提高隔振系统隔振性能的潜力,据此,考虑将惯容器应用于铁道车辆悬挂系统中,探究惯容器对铁道车辆悬挂性能的提升效果.从具有工程应用价值的角度出发,针对几种包含惯容器且具有较低结构复杂度的"惯容-弹簧-阻尼"悬挂系统进行研究,建立包含一系悬挂和二系悬挂的铁道车辆六自由度垂向动力学模型,以提升车辆运行平稳性为目标,采用粒子群优化算法对包含惯容器的铁道车辆悬挂参数进行优化,在此基础上,分析对比各悬挂系统的频率响应以及在随机激励下的瞬态响应.研究结果表明,不同结构形式的"惯容-弹簧-阻尼"悬挂系统对铁道车辆运行平稳性的提升效果明显不同,总体上提升幅度较为明显,但部分结构会在一定程度上恶化铁道车辆悬挂系统的隔振性能.%As a newly developed vibration isolation component , inerter has great potential to improve the per-formance of vibration isolation system .Based on this ,the effect of the inerter ,when it was applied to the railway vehicle suspension systems ,on the improvement of suspension performance was investigated .A com-parative study of several low-complexity inerter-spring-damper suspension layouts was made from the point view of engineering applications . A railway vehicle vertical dynamics model with six-DOF was established with comprehensive consideration of primary and secondary suspension . With the improvement of ride quality as an objective , the parameters of railway vehicle suspension with inerter were optimized by particle swarm optimiza-tion algorithm . On this basis , the frequency responses and transient responses of different suspension systems were analyzed . The research results showed that the performance benefits of inerter-spring-damper suspension systems with different layouts for railway vehicle ride quality were different and considerably significant on the whole ,but some layouts may deteriorate the vibration isolation performance of railway vehicle suspension to a certain extent .
