GE Aladdin语言编程在唾液腺动态显像图像半自动化处理中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨在测量唾液腺功能时借助计算机程序测量(程序测量)与手动勾画感兴趣区测量(手动测量)的结果在准确性、可重复性以及耗时方面的差异.方法 使用GE公司Entegra工作站Aladdin工具制作半自动化测量程序.回顾性分析20名患者的唾液腺动态显像,由2名医师分别使用程序和手动测量两种方法测量唾液腺15 min摄取分数及20 min酸刺激后排泌分数,使用配对t检验比较2种方法在测量结果以及耗时方面的差异.结果 20名患者的唾液腺动态显像的测量结果显示:2种测量方法的结果不具有统计学差异;耗时具有统计学差异,程序测量耗时少;2名医生间测量结果的差异在使用程序测量时与手动测量时并不相同,使用程序测量时更小.结论 在测量唾液腺功能时使用程序测量与手动计算的结果在数值上无统计学差异,程序测量的可重复性更佳,耗时更少.%Objective To compare the differences between semi-auto calculation and manual calculation in accuracy, repeatability and time consuming by assessing the function of salivary glands. Methods Aladihn on GE's Entegra workshop was employed to program a semi au-to-calculation program. Clinical data from 20 patients was respectively reviewed,the 15min uptake ratio and excretion ratio after excited were calculated by 2 doctor using semi auto-calculation program and manual calculation. Results The result showed no statistics difference be-tween two calculation methods. The time consuming was different between two methods,Semi-auto calculation is faster. The variation of results between two doctors was smaller when using semi-auto calculation method. Conclusion Semi-auto calculation can bo used to assess the function of salivary glands, the results showed no difference with manual calculation, but semi-auto calculation is more stable and faster.
