超声引导网膜活检在卵巢恶性肿瘤术前诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the application of ultrasound-guided biopsy in preoperative diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor.Methods A total of 64 patients with suspected ovarian malignancy and omental tissue thickening confirmed by ultrasonography were selected,and biopsy of the omentum was performed with the guide of ultrasound.Results Omental tissues were collected from all 64 cases and sent for pathologic examination.Clinical preoperative diagnosis results were acquired.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided biopsy is the most convenient,safe,and exact method for the preoperative diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor,which provides reliable basis for preoperative diagnosis and treatment of ovarian malignant tumor.%目的 探讨超声引导下网膜活检在卵巢恶性肿瘤术前诊断中的应用.方法 选择经超声检查怀疑有卵巢恶性肿瘤并有网膜组织增厚的患者64例,在超声引导下对增厚的网膜行活检.结果 64例活检病例均取出网膜组织,送病理检查,获得临床术前诊断结果.结论 超声引导下网膜活检是卵巢恶性肿瘤术前诊断最简便易行、安全、确切的方法,可为卵巢恶性肿瘤的术前诊断及治疗提供可靠的依据.
