宪法权威与尊严的保障的关键在于实施。宣誓是彰显宪法权威与尊严的有效实施形式。构建中国的宪法宣誓制度，必须认真学习并大胆吸收国外有益经验，从中发现蕴含其中的基本规律。我国的宪法宣誓制度设计要做到：敬畏对象是“宪”，仪式过程要“宣”；誓词内容规范统一；参加宣誓的对象明确、操作流程规范、形式公开。并在此基础上，出台细致、可操作性强的规定。%The key to the guarantee of the Constitution’s authoritativeness and dignity lies in its implementation. Swearing-in is an effective way to embody the authoritativeness and dignity of the Constitution. To build the constitutional oath system of China,we must earnestly learn from and bravely absorb the favorable experiences of foreign countries,and find the basic regularity thereof. To well design the constitutional oath system of our coun-try,we must realize:the object to hold in awe and veneration is the Constitution,the core of the ritual is“swea-ring in”,the contents of oath should be normalized and uniformed,and the scope of application should be clearly defined,the operational procedure normalized,and the form made open to the public. Besides,detailed regula-tions with high operability must be worked out.
