The study finds out that migrant workers are suffering conflict of work and family. In order to attract and retain the staff,it is necessary to choose and build family friendly policies to ease the conflict,such as flexible working, family reunion program,building employee school,holiday assistance program,parents′ supplementary pension plan.%外来劳动者表现出较为严重的工作—家庭冲突,为了吸引及留住这些人员,需要选择和制定家庭友好计划以缓解冲突,因此通过研究提出相关计划:弹性工作制、员工家庭团圆计划、共建员工子弟学校、过节援助计划、父母补充养老计划等。
