铁锆柱撑蒙脱土的制备及其催化湿式过氧化氢氧化染料废水的研究

         

摘要

A series of Fe-Zr-MMT catalysts were prepared by ion exchange methods and used for catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) of acid orange II. BET surface area, structure of active components and surface morphology were characterized by BET, XRD, SEM, respectively. The influence of ultrasonic treatments, Fe/Zr molar ratio, and calcination temperature on the activity and stability of Fe-Zr-MMT catalysts were investigated. The experimental results show that the catalyst which is prepared by ultrasonic treatments with molar ratio of Fe/Zr=2/8 and calcinated at 400℃ has an effective crystal form of FeOOH, better particle dispersion and the biggest specific surface area. About 83.5%COD removal and 2.09 mg⋅L-1 ion leaching are achieved with reaction conditions of:catalyst loading 0.5 g⋅L-1, influent pH 3.0, temperature 60℃, H 2 O 2 dose 2.4 mmol and reaction time 3 h. Compared to other similar catalysts used for CWPO of dye wastewater treatments, the Fe-Zr-MMT catalyst shows high catalytic activity and stability.%采用离子交换法制备了用于催化湿式过氧化氢氧化(CWPO)处理酸性橙II染料废水的铁锆柱撑蒙脱土(Fe-Zr-MMT)系列催化剂,利用比表面测定仪(BET)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法分别表征催化剂的比表面积特性、活性组分结构形态及表面形貌,研究了不同制备方法(超声波法和传统法)、Fe/Zr摩尔比及焙烧温度对催化剂的催化活性和稳定性的影响。结果表明:采用超声法制备,Fe/Zr摩尔比2/8和400℃下焙烧的Fe-Zr-MMT催化剂中出现有效晶型羟基氧铁(FeOOH),比表面积最大,催化剂颗粒分散性较好。使用该催化剂催化湿式过氧化氢氧化废水时,当催化剂用量为0.5 g⋅L-1,入水pH=3.0,反应温度60℃,30%H2O2加入量为2.4 mmol,反应3 h时,废水COD去除率高达83.5%,活性组分溶出量仅为2.09 mg⋅L-1。该催化剂与用于CWPO处理染料废水的同类催化剂相比,具有更高的催化活性和稳定性。
