明清徽州宗族对经商人才的培养--以休宁西门汪氏宗族为例

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Wang Clan in Ximen of Xiuning County attaches great importance to the culti-vation of the talents in business. Confucian education is the basis of cultivating the talents in business by Huizhou clan, includ-ing valuing the cultivation of individual morality,placing weight on doing things after conducting oneself first and the cultiva-tion of practical skills and paying equal attention to theory and practice,all of which are the foundation for Huizhou merchants growing strongly.%明清时期，休宁西门汪氏宗族非常重视经商人才的培养。儒学教育是徽州宗族培养经商人才的基础；重视个人品德的培养，注重先做人、后做事为徽商立身之本；注重实践技能的培养，理论与实践并重的教育方法，是徽商发展壮大之根本。
