Objective:To study the effects of 5,7-dimethoxychrysin (dMChR)on the apoptosis of HepG2 cells. Methods:HepG2 cells were cultured in vitro,and treated with 1.0,4.0 and 16.0μM dMChR for 48 h,respectively.After stained with AO/EB,HepG2 cells were observed with the fluorescence microscope.After stained with PI,the apoptosis rate of HepG2 cells was detected by flow cytometry.Results:The apoptosis of HepG2 cells induced by dMChR was in a concentration dependent manner.And the highest apoptosis rate (31.5%)was obtained when HepG2 cells were treated with 1 6.0 μM dMChR,which was equivalent to 5-FU and was significantly higher than chrysin treated with the equal concentrations.Conclusion:dMChR can induce apoptosis of HepG2 cells.%目的::研究5,7-二甲氧基白杨素(dMChR)对 HepG2细胞凋亡的影响。方法:体外培养HepG2细胞,分别用1.0、4.0和16.0μM的dMChR处理48 h 后进行 AO/EB染色,用荧光显微镜进行观察;经PI染色后用流式细胞仪检测 HepG2细胞发生凋亡的情况。结果:dMChR 诱导 HepG2细胞凋亡具有浓度依赖性,经16.0μM的dMChR处理后 HepG2细胞的凋亡率最高(31.5%),与5-FU相当,其凋亡率显著高于相同浓度的白杨素组。结论:dMChR能诱导 HepG2细胞凋亡。
