一种圆度误差测量新方法的研究

摘要

提出了一种圆度误差测量的新方法,该方法的基本原理是采用直角激光测头,测量被测回转类零件圆的内接三解形,从而给出被测回转类零件半径变化量.文章详细论述了测量系统结构、工作原理,并对影响测量精度的主要误差来源进行了分析.%A new method for measuring roundness of round workpiece is proposed in the paper, which is based on the principle of right angle laser probe to get inscribed triangle of the workpiece. As a result, the size change in radium for round workpiece can be determined precisely. The measuring system structure and working principle are discussed in detail, and the main factors which affect the measuring precision are also analyzed
