基于心形孔的Hy-Vo齿形链的参数设计及其啮合研究

         

摘要

研究了复杂多元变异的心形链板孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链的变异类型,建立了啮合传动的数学模型。为了达到同一链条能够与多种不同尺寸的链轮相啮合,在确定了滚销曲率半径的前提下,定量给出了链条的滚销偏置角及滚销的转动角度,从而确定了滚销的结构尺寸。从分析齿形链-链轮-刀具齿条啮合入手,建立了链轮、链板和销轴的参数谐应关系。通过渐开线方程,建立了变异后外啮合心形孔齿形链与渐开线链轮的啮合方程。实例计算表明,该设计方法是切实可行的。%In this paper,the multi-variation characteristics of new multiple variants Hy-Vo silent chain are studied. the parameter harmonic relationship is confirmed and the mathematical model is built.In order to achieve one chain meshing with different sprockets, if the radius of roll pin is confirmed and the angel of roll pin is given, the structure size of the roll pin is consequently conformed.Starting from analyzing the Hy-Vo chain-sprocket-cutting tool, the parameter harmonic relationship of rolling pin,chain plate holes and sprocket wheel are established.Through the involute equation, the meshing equation of chain and sprocket is built.This design method is proved to be exact and reliable through calcu-lating examples.
