红外投影系统光学被动无热化设计

         

摘要

针对红外成像系统的检测和评估需求,基于光学被动消热差原理,设计了一套用于中波红外仿真系统的投影系统.讨论了红外仿真系统所用投影光学系统的设计思想和设计方法,并对最终的成像效果进行了分析.该系统焦距为250mm,F/2.5,视场角为±2°,总系统长度500mm.依据二次成像系统的设计方法,实现了100%冷光阑效率,且其调制传递函数在17lp/mm处接近于衍射极限,能在-20℃~60℃范围内无需调焦便可保证成像的稳定性,具有分辨率高、均匀性好、可加工性强等优点.%In order to test and evaluation the infrared imaging system , in this paper , a projection optical system was de-signed based on the passive optical athermal theory , which can be used in mid-wave infrared scene projector. The design idea and method of projection optical system of infrared scene projector were discussed and the last imaging quality was al-so analyzed. In this paper , an infrared projection optical system with f=250mm,F/2.5,ω=± 2° was designed and it 's total length was 500mm. According to the design method of dual-imaging system , a 100% of cold stop efficiency was realized and MTF was near to diffraction limit at the 17lp/mm. This system could keep imaging stability in the range of -20~60℃ without focusing and had the advantage of high resolution , excellent uniformity , high machinability and so forth.
