目的研究穴位按摩联合瑜伽放松乐预防老年子宫脱垂术后尿潴留、心率、血压的效果观察.方法选取2016年1月-2018年1月,于我院接受治疗并拟行老年子宫脱垂手术且满足纳入与排除标准的住院患者180例作为研究对象.按照随机分组的方法分为试验组与对照组,每组各90例.对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予穴位按摩联合瑜伽放松乐干预.结果经统计学研究得出,试验组通过穴位按摩联合瑜伽放松乐的护理干预措施,其各项指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论穴位按摩联合瑜伽放松乐能够减轻患者术前的应激反应,对稳定血压、心率有一定的意义.穴位按摩联合瑜伽放松乐对老年子宫脱垂手术患者保持良好的心境状态具有积极的作用.运用中西医结合护理方法,将穴位按摩联合瑜伽放松乐用于预防老年子宫脱垂术后尿潴留,操作方法简单便捷,值得临床应用与推广.%Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage combined with yoga relaxation in preventing urinary retention, heart rate and blood pressure after uterine prolapse in the elderly.Methods From January 2016to January 2018, 180 inpatients who were treated in our hospital and planned to undergo uterine prolapse surgery and met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion were selected as the subjects of study.According to the method of random grouping, they were divided into test group and control group, each with 90 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care, and the experimental group was given acupoint massage and yoga relaxation intervention on the basis of the control group.Results Statistics showed that the nursing interventions of acupuncture massage combined with yoga relaxation were superior to those of control groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with Yoga relaxation music can relieve the stress response before operation and has certain significance for stabilizing blood pressure and heart rate.Acupuncture massage combined with yoga relaxation has a positive effect on maintaining a good state of mind in elderly uterine prolapse patients.Using traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing method, acupuncture massage combined with yoga relaxation music is used to prevent urine retention after uterine prolapse in the elderly.The operation method is simple and convenient, and it is worth clinical application and promotion.
