目的：观察旋提手法联合热敷散治疗非脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的非脊髓型颈椎病65例患者采用旋提手法联合热敷散进行治疗，分别在治疗前、后采用 VAS 疼痛数字评分表与颈椎病临床疗效评分表对患者的临床症状、体征进行评估，观察临床症状、体征的改善情况，并做统计学处理。结果剔除2例，实际观察63例，治疗结束后 VAS 疼痛数字评分与颈椎病临床疗效评分均较治疗前有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），总有效率98.4％。结论旋提手法联合热敷散治疗非脊髓型颈椎病，能松解软组织黏连，改善软组织损伤，正骨复位，解除压迫，改善患者生活质量。%objective To observe the clinical effects of rotation-traction manipulation combined Refu San therapy of non-cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods Using rotation-traction manipulation combined Refu San therapy of meeting the criteria for 65 cases of non-cervical spondylosis myelopathy patient,and assessing the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with visual analogue scale( VAS)and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylotsis (CASCS)in the treatment of anterior and posterior.
