酸腐蚀作用对岩石的接触变形和损伤的影响

         

摘要

The relation between press depth and impact load, damaged radii and tensile stress and contact damage of granite and marble in 6% (mass fraction) HCl solution were investigated by sphere impacting method aimed to explore the nondestructive testing method which applies to rock's corrosion in acid environment.The press depth-impact load relation and damaged radii-tensile stress relation curves were investigated.The samples were sphere impacted and then soaked in HCl solution in another group of experiments.Moreover, the features of damage area were characterized and potential hazards of contact damage to rock materials were described.The results show that the surface elastic modulus of granite declines slowly while that of marble declines rapidly in persistent corrosion of HCl solution.The surface elastic modulus of granite decreases by 52.7% in 90 d and that of marble decreases by 92.2% in 15 d accordingly.The indentation of granite in 90 d enlarges by 31.9% and that of marble in 15 d enlarges by 128.9%.%为了探索岩石受酸性环境腐蚀的非破坏性检测方法,用冲击球压法研究花岗岩、大理石在质量分数为6%的盐酸溶液中压入深度-冲击荷载关系、损伤半径-拉应力关系及接触损伤的规律.将未受酸液作用的试样进行球压试验后浸泡于酸液中进行损伤区扩展试验.对岩石压痕损伤区的形貌特点进行表征,阐明接触损伤对岩石材料的潜在危害.研究结果表明:在盐酸的持续作用下,花岗岩的表面弹性模量缓慢降低,大理石的表面弹性模量迅速降低,其中,90 d时花岗岩表面弹性模量下降52.7%;15 d时大理石表面弹性模量下降92.2%,未到90 d时,材料整体发生溶蚀;90 d时花岗岩的损伤区扩展31.9%,而大理石的损伤区在15 d时扩展了128.9%.
