煤气混合过程热值与压力的模糊补偿解耦控制

         

摘要

For the gas mixing process which is strongly coupled, disturbed and non-linear systems, a control algorithm which incorporated fuzzy control and compensation decoupling control was proposed. Firstly, according to the different required control precisions between the calorific value and pressure of the mixed gas, fuzzy controllers were designed independently. Then, by analyzing the coupling between the calorific value and pressure, compensation decoupling controllers were adopted to compensate for the coupling effect. Combined with the operational experience which accumulated in the production process, a fuzzy compensation decoupling strategy was designed for realizing the decoupling of the calorific value and pressure. Finally, an expert controller was established for the abnormal conditions,and the expert rules were used to compensate for the non-linearity of the butterfly valves. The results show that the fluctuations in calorific value and pressure of mixed gas can be kept at a low level, and has strong anti-disturbance ability against the extemal interference.%针对煤气混合过程的强耦合、强干扰和非线性等特点,提出一种将模糊控制和补偿解耦相结合的控制方法.首先,根据混合煤气热值和压力控制精度的不同要求,分别设计模糊控制器对热值和压力进行控制;然后,通过分析热值和压力之间的耦合关系,利用补偿解耦控制器对它们之间的耦合影响进行补偿,并结合生产过程中积累的操作经验,设计一种模糊补偿解耦策略,实现混合煤气热值和压力的解耦;最后,针对煤气混合过程中的特殊工况建立专家控制器,对蝶阀的非线性特性采用专家规则修正阀位增量.研究结果表明:混合煤气热值和压力的波动能稳定在较小的范围之内,同时具有较强的抗干扰能力.
